Did render test in mental ray used 3 lights and some final gather ,for the skin i used zaps skin shader and here did some hair tests for the eyebrows :

 i started texturing Obama and finished thesculpting, i will render him in mr with ssskin shader  here is the progress :

I started Obama's model(want also texture and render him realistically) ,and now i want to share some progress.Ii started with  a polysphere in Zbrush ,then i retologised it( modeling was done asymetrical so retologizes was a bit boring arghhh...)
i will model his clothes (shirt,suit) and will edit his proportions (neck area and head's back part(and maybe mouth ,eyes,ears:) and there are no any little details on him now (wrinkles,pores etc.)
and also will sculpt them ...ok,  here is the final result for now:
